SiChef: All the Secrets of Pizza in a Cooking Class.
During this course you will learn the secrets of Pizza, from flour to toppings. You will prepare: different doughs and Gourmet toppings.
You will prepare:
- Various doughs
- Gourmet toppings
- Duration: 3 hours
- Welcome drink reception
- SiChef apron delivery, meeting with chef and class presentation
- Course unfolding.
- The chef will teach you how to choose flours, the differences between them, how to knead and how to follow the rising process.
You will prepare different doughs, ranging from classic dough, to black carbon dough, through doughs with different hydration percentages to the base for Pinza. All of this will also be based on the raw materials we are able to source locally and what best suits the season in which the course takes place.
In the meantime, the dough will rise and you will be in charge of the toppings, made with genuine and local raw materials, and making new and tasty combinations.
Then it will be your turn to bake and time to delight yourself with the smell of freshly baked pizza.
Once everything is baked it will come time to eat what has been produced, in company, with a good glass of wine to accompany it.
The day will end with a certificate of participation.
At the end of the lesson, you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.
