Fresh Pasta Course – Sichef: Pasta Experience in Chianti

DURATION: 3 HOURS

Pasta Class 30 km from the center of Florence. You will live your life in Tuscany, immerse yourself in our culture and cuisine, and enjoy the dolce vita in the peace of Chianti!

PROGRAM:

  • Reception with welcome drink and snacks of local products with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills with an enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D’Elsa ;
  • Meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of 2/3 types of fresh pasta (eg ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, gnocchi…) and seasoning sauces matched to the type of pasta.
  • Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, pasta prepared by the participants, 1 glass of winedessert, water, and coffee included.

Find out how to prepare homemade pasta easily and successfully !! With only flour, water, and eggs we will teach you the secrets to making RAVIOLITAGLIATELLECAPPELLETTIGNOCCHI in an enchanting place immersed in the suggestive hills of Chianti.

During the 3 hours, we will make fresh pasta and condiments prepared entirely by the participants according to seasonal products, with the Chef’s guide and explanation.

After the preparation of the pasta, you will finally be able to enjoy its authentic flavor, tasting the excellent Chianti wine paired with lunchAt the end of the lesson, you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.

Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: our courses are also vegetarianvegangluten and/or lactose-free on request, and always with local, fresh and seasonal ingredients.
