Here, lots of different kind of hand-made pasta can be experienced: gnocchi, stuffed ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti, pici, crepes, cannelloni and still much more.
Attending the classes you will learn the techniques and the “secrets” and specialties, that the “grandmothers” once used for the making of pasta. The Chef, beside the normal activity of production and selling, offers also pasta courses. These courses are addressed to those, who want to approach “the art of hand-made pasta”. You can realize yourself, at home and in brief time, really exclusive dishes, that will astound your guests.
You will find yourself kneading, rolling out the dough, cutting the most eccentric shapes and, at the end, you will admire your creations, ready to be tasted with a very good Chianti wine.
The Chef, thanks to the love she has for her Job, created great specialty like: ravioli with tomatoes and basil, cooked scamorza and ricotta, tagliatelle with chestnut-flour, pici with farro flour, spaghetti with basil and other many good tasty things. Flower of the Italian gastronomy, fresh pasta is available in different shapes and sizes, changing from region to region, widening so vividly the gastronomic tradition of our country. The class will begin by learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, learning the true Italian method of this staple dish. You will then learn how to cut and roll the pasta you have made in order make several varieties, then you will be taught how to create an array of sauces suitable for various types of pasta, culminating in a range of wonderful dishes.
